RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support assigned account teams on task-based work
- Assist with the internal organization of projects as defined by account management, including project status tracking and timeline management
- Effectively build and manage internal and external relationships (clients and vendors) in order to produce successful outcomes and exceed expectations
- Assist the Content Integrity Manager with assigned projects including but not limited to: proofreading and editing copy to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, style, references, and more, throughout various stages of the project lifespan
- Maintain version and quality control of assigned tasks, ensure all client-provided content and markups are executed throughout rounds of revision
- Accountable for deadlines and quality control of assigned tasks to ensure timely and error-free delivery
- Assist with the preparation of materials and deliverables for client meetings, including but not limited to blueprinting, competitive landscapes, research assignments, etc.
- Participate on client calls as needed to share project specific details – may send meeting follow ups with oversight
- Assist with identifying needs coming out of client or internal meetings, develop working knowledge of necessary action items based on project(s)
- Assist with vendor management including participation on weekly status calls, project cycle needs, etc.
- Assist with client medical, legal, regulator (MLR) needs (process, submission document prep, etc.) – possess a working knowledge of requirements by client
- Develop understanding of marketing strategy for assigned brands and working knowledge of assigned disease states, including industry rules and regulations
- Report progress to account management on an ongoing basis
- Work with internal Sensified team to ensure brand/client objectives are fully met

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess working knowledge of industry marketing strategy and tactics for assigned brands and disease states
- Able to serve as primary point of contact with core clients: provide direction to internal/external team members to coordinate, monitor, and assist on projects to ensure client expectations are met
- Drive project management process through excellent vendor and timeline management
- Generate and maintain rapport with clients, external experts, and vendors to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Assist with internal organization of projects, as defined by management team, to ensure operational excellence
- Review all account work for accuracy and alignment with marketing messages and industry standards
- Provide on-site support for live events (eg, advisory boards, speaker training meetings, etc.)
- Independently prepare client communication and/or client deliverables for any projects assigned
- Lead client medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) needs including submission prep, job submissions, and meeting reconciliation
- Maintain account project tracker, know status details of all open projects
- Lead client meetings (live and virtual) as needed
- Assist with the review of client documents including meeting summaries, tactical recommendations, statements of work, project briefs, etc.
- Work with management team to develop strategically-sound annual tactical plans ensuring brand/client objectives are fully met – assess opportunities to integrate SENSIFIED solutions within overall brand plans
- Assist in the creation of new business materials, may participate in pitch opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a multitude of creative projects for assigned accounts
- Concept and execute high-quality creative work in any applicable media that is aligned to the creative brief

- Effectively collaborate with the account teams including the content team to ensure design and copy work together to support the project objective

- Responsible for maintaining version and quality control of owned assets through lifecycle of project

- Ability to advocate for creative concepts while remaining open to discussions and further explorations
- Join client meetings as needed to present creative concepts or review layouts
- Proactively communicate with account teams regarding assigned work, quality control, and deadlines
- Ability to work within project scopes
- Proactively work with Sensified Operations to define and establish processes, standards, and protocols related to improving and maintaining operational excellence for all creative responsibilities
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- 5-8+ years in healthcare advertising or marketing
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) with ability to execute production ready files
- Skilled at designing for print and production work (web/HTML is a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong presentation skills and ability to convey creative concepts
- Flexibility and willingness to travel

BRAND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand marketing strategy and tactics for assigned brands and disease states, add value to the brand planning process
- Own the development of strategic or creative project briefs and associated processes
- Lead execution (and development as needed) of brand content strategy, in partnership with SENSIFIED commercial and medical writers
- Oversee all brand projects to ensure content is aligned to brand objectives and strategic plan
- Lead strategic brand meetings with client including ad hoc presentations to all-agency calls, external stakeholder meetings, etc.
- Serve as primary point of contact with core clients, possess the ability to grow the client relationship
- Accountable for delivery of all project elements to client ensuring accuracy and alignment to marketing messages - coordinate internal teams and monitor projects to ensure client expectations are met
- Develop rapport with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and vendors to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Accountable for meeting summaries and follow up reports to document discussions with clients; work with team to develop recommendations to client on an ongoing basis
- Drive project management process with vendors and account team – manage timelines, assess efficiencies, and negotiates estimates and project parameters
- Master and manage financial aspects of assigned business including brand planning timelines
Other responsibilities include
- Partner with account leadership team for day-to-day needs, report progress to senior management on an ongoing basis
- Work with internal Sensified team to develop strategically-sound annual tactical plans, actively involved in new business opportunities including pitches
